As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles using job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

  • End-to-End Sourcing:
  • You will drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles to find top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles to find top talent for our clients.
  2. Use Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms to find and engage candidates.
  3. Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  4. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  5. Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
  6. Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds.
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus.
