Job Title: Infrastructure Networking Specialist

Role Overview

Galleon Consultants is seeking an expert in network infrastructure to collaborate with clients and provide strategic insights.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain complex network architecture using Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, HP, and Juniper platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, traditional WAN, and SDWAN on Velo cloud and Cisco Meraki networks.
  • Implement and manage virtual firewalls, including Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate NG firewalls.
  • Stay up-to-date with network security protocols, LAN, WAN, wireless networks, DHCP, DNS, proxy, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP, intranets, extranets, VoIP, virtualization, high availability, backups/disaster recovery, routers, and device drivers.
  • Manage virtual networks on cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and VMWare.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
