**Job Title:** Dermis Oracle Zonal Sales Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Sales Director to lead our sales team in the South zone and drive business growth for Dermis Oracle.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the zone.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  1. Sales and Revenue Management:
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximise revenue and achieve the company's goals.
  • Implement 100% field compliance in the respective zone.
  • Implement a sales force effectiveness system across the zone.
  1. Payment Collection:
  • Collect payments from all stakeholders, including doctors, distributors, and C&Fs.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs analysis for the employees.
  • Implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and networking activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  1. Budget and Resource Allocation:
  • Plan the quarterly zone budget as per the business target. Manage the zonal budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor expenses and control costs within the allocated budgetary limits.
  • Manage travelling budgets in the most cost-effective way.
  1. Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards in all business activities.
  • Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of integrity and professionalism.

Candidature Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Ability to travel within the designated zone and occasionally nationally as required.
  • Should have experience as a 2nd-line or 3rd-line manager in a similar role.
  • Should have geography exposure of the entire South zone.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
