Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant - Hybrid

A seasoned professional is needed to lead the implementation of Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and deploy planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Ensure data flows between EPM applications and source systems are accurate and timely.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with configuration tools such as Forms, Dashboards, and Integration Workflows.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through system design.
