Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.

As a seasoned expert in solution architecture, you will lead architectural initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can distill complex technical concepts into actionable plans, fostering collaboration and driving innovation across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy architecture designs, technical documentation, and roadmaps for current and future system components.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, guiding them through architectural decisions and coding standards.
  • Review and approve designs, implementations, and code to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions to drive business value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a technical architecture role.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale systems and applications.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise technologies (microservices, containerization, databases).
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns (MVC), architecture frameworks, and best practices (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and IaC.
  • Strong programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence technical direction and strategy across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodology.
  • Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in designing security architectures and implementing secure software solutions.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and machine learning platforms is a plus.
