This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chief Analog Design Specialist, where you will lead the design and development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components. You will work closely with our engineers to ensure high-quality silicon and meet challenging specifications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and development of power management ICs from specifications to production
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet challenging specifications
  • Mentoring junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in analog circuit design, with a strong focus on power management ICs
  • Proven expertise in designing complex analog circuits, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
