Cloud Architect

The role of a Cloud Architect is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based applications and solutions using Microsoft Azure.

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing Azure cloud-based solutions to meet business needs
  • Configuring and maintaining Azure infrastructure and workloads
  • Ensuring the security, performance, reliability, and scalability of Azure applications
  • Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues
  • Collaborating with developers to implement continuous delivery systems and methodologies on Azure
  • Defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans

Additionally, your qualifications should include:

  • A degree in a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Azure Cloud Services and DevOps
  • 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
  • 4+ years of experience in Docker and Container Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes)
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in Monitoring tools and technologies
