Job Title: Project Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced project development manager to oversee the planning and implementation of tunnel construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for tunnel construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime across project sites.
  • Identify potential risks in project plans and schedules, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor the progress of construction activities, track milestones, and update project schedules accordingly to reflect changes in project scope or timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any scheduling or planning issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12-17 years of experience in planning and project management within the civil engineering or construction industry, with a focus on tunnel projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, B Tech/B E in Civil Engineering is preferred.
