Job Position Planning Manager Location Hisar Experience 12 to 17 yrs Job summary The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing construction plans for tunnel projects ensuring compliance with project timelines budgets and quality standards This is a full-time site-based position that requires a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities B Tech B E Civil and total experience of 12 years or 10 yrs experience in Grouting Ground Improvement works OR Diploma and total experience of 15 years or 10 yrs experience in Grouting Ground Improvement works Project Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for tunnel construction activities ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines Resource Allocation Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime across project sites Risk Management Identify potential risks in project plans and schedules and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets Progress Tracking Monitor the progress of construction activities track milestones and update project schedules accordingly to reflect changes in project scope or timelines Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any scheduling or planning issues Software Proficiency Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Key Requirements Experience 12-17 years of experience in planning and project management within the civil engineering or construction industry with a focus on tunnel projects Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field B Tech B E in Civil Engineering is preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Strong leadership and decision-making skills What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
