  • Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing the sales cycle to close new business.

A key member of the Leasing team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Director - Leasing to deliver on new client prospecting responsibilities.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with the following profile:

  • 8-13 years of experience in office leasing, business development, or related fields, preferably with IPC or good commercial developer background.
  • Proven track record of securing large deals with multinational corporations (MNCs) and developers.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and deal analysis skills.

Earn a competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards for a Senior Leasing Manager in the United States. Please note that salaries may vary depending on location, company size, and other factors.
