As a Leasing Director - Commercial Property with the Vatika Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic leasing initiatives. With 8-12 years of experience in the real estate industry, you will leverage your expertise to meet leasing targets and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our commercial projects. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be expected to:

  • Closure of all client's issues with various departments
  • Training new team members
  • Client fit-out issues
  • Negotiation & analytical skills

You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that marketing collaterals of all commercial projects are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing promotional activities for commercial projects, ensuring a strong network of brokers and adding new ones to our database.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
