Lead Strategic Growth and Mergers

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives, driving mergers and acquisitions that propel our organization forward.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute inorganic growth strategies to align with long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential targets through market analysis and due diligence.
  • Negotiate and structure deals to achieve optimal results.
  • Oversee post-merger integration to realize expected synergies.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institution or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking, preferably in manufacturing/automotive.
  • Strong track record of executing cross-border deals.
  • Deep understanding of financial valuation, transaction structuring, and integration planning.
