Job Overview:

  • As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to explain our company's services and products.
  • Maintaining accurate daily call records and submitting regular progress reports.
  • Ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and productive.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust-building.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • 6 months of experience in telemarketing or sales is mandatory.
