This position involves drafting loan-related documents, vetting legal documents, and providing expert advice on banking finance transactions. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're seeking candidates with a solid understanding of banking finance transactions, including External Commercial Borrowings (ECB). Your expertise in security trustee agreements, facility agreements, and other related documents will be invaluable to our clients.
