Senior Legal Professional

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our legal team at a prominent organization. The successful candidate will have exposure to key functions in the power and infrastructure sector, including contract administration, procurement, project coordination, and commercial dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize General Conditions of Contract (GCC) for various agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Intent, Letters of Agreement, and Lender Agreements.
- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and project coordination principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
