Job Title

A dynamic and seasoned professional is sought to join our team in a senior legal role. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in legal compliance, contract management, litigation, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, and RERA.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • LLB/LLM from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, insurance, mutual funds or real estate brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, RERA).
  • Expertise in contract law, litigation, corporate governance, and compliance.
