About this Role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead our Legal Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate and finalize financing documents and agreements.
  • Manage contractual risks and facilitate execution of financing documents.
  • Provide timely legal interpretations to support transactions.
  • Offer strategic legal advice on new legislation affecting business operations.
  • Develop best practices to minimize legal exposure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and case laws.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance and NBFC guidelines. Strong understanding of Corporate Laws and financial statements.

  • Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with organizational skills.
