Strategic Trader Position

As a Strategic Trader, you will manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes. You will trade multiple products and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

This position offers competitive PnL splits of 30–50% well above industry standards. You will also benefit from low clearing and exchange fees to preserve your edge and improve net returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating positive cash flow with strict risk discipline
  • Portfolio & Risk Management: Maintain risk exposure within firm parameters
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data
  • Researching new strategies and building/deploying systematic or semi-systematic strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of buy side trading experience in CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office
  • Proven track record in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns
