Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Agricultural Business Development Manager. This role involves building relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the agricultural sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the agricultural sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, and developing proposals to present to senior management.
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
