Job Title: Technology Director

About the Role:

  • The Technology Director will lead technology capabilities across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • They will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • As the first point of contact for their team, they will address well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development.
  • They will foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology capabilities across the full SDLC.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for your team on well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote open, honest communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics.
  • Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities.
  • Serve as a bridge between individuals and leadership regarding people-related matters.

Technical Skills:

  • Languages & Frameworks: .Net, .net Core, .net 8+, Java, Microservices, ReactJS.
  • Data: SQL Server, APIs (API C, API M), REST API, Databricks, Synapse.
  • Agile & Delivery: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), Azure Kubernetes, Azure Scheduler.
  • Tools & Platforms: GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure.
  • Security & Monitoring: Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, Elastic.

Requirements:

  • 8–14 years of experience with proven team leadership (30–50 members).
  • Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
