Technical Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud

Unlock the full potential of Oracle HCM Cloud with our top-notch technical consultant services.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, Core HR, Benefits, and related technologies. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems
  • Developing HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Developing Reports using BI Publisher
  • Performing data conversion using HDL
  • Developing fast formulas
  • Having functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Understanding Redwood framework
  • Understanding Journey configuration
  • Performing Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
  • Migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
