As a Private Equity Lead, Deal Support at Caprae Capital, you will be responsible for supporting investor accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for the firm's investor clients. This role involves coordinating diligence activities, tracking deal progress, and providing light financial review.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 1 to 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management. You should also have strong English communication skills and be comfortable working with data and structured workflows.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients or companies is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, and following structured workflows
