Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations that meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow for optimal performance, user experience, and seamless integration with other systems.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers in a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and ServiceNow updates to ensure expertise and competitiveness.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems for smooth data flow and functionality, enhancing overall system performance.
  • Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years on the platform, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM implementation and development tools, with certifications such as CAD or CIS CSM highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A senior developer in this role will have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on customization and configuration. They will lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
