Senior ServiceNow Technical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

  • Design and develop complex ServiceNow applications and workflows that integrate with multiple systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Proven ability to set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
