Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

This is a critical role for our organization, requiring an experienced leader to manage a team of technical professionals working with the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage incoming tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skill sets and workload.
  • Engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, adhering to best practices and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role, managing technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
