Our client is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Tester with strong Business Analyst experience in Workday HR around Colleague environment.

As a senior or lead ServiceNow QA/Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.

The ideal candidate should have extensive ServiceNow Tester experience, strong understanding of Workday HR, and Colleague experience ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and running end-to-end testing for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Location: Remote. Duration: Long term. Start: Immediate (must be available to start within 2 weeks).

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR.
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems.
  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
