Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and be able to drive business value through strategic implementation.

  • Requirements Definition: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture business requirements and functional needs.
  • Process Engineering: Design and engineer ServiceNow solutions that meet specific client needs and industry best practices.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

The successful candidate will have 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions and a good understanding of Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations. They must also have experience in designing and implementing modules such as Sales and Order Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Customer Service Management.
