Job Overview

As a key member of our Pre-Sales team, you will play a vital role in aligning strategic goals with technical capabilities to deliver impactful solutions to clients.

You will work closely with Account Executives to conduct in-depth needs assessments, design tailored solution blueprints, and craft compelling proposals that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities include architecting AI-driven solution frameworks, advising on technology best-fit strategies, and collaborating with internal product teams to drive innovation.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the optimization of our proprietary Digital Value Accelerator framework and recommending scalable integrations.

To excel in this position, you will require 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies, hands-on proficiency in Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive stakeholders.

Additional skills, including familiarity with MLOps workflows and knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems, are highly valued but not required.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 6-8 years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant roles

Skills: Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies; hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with MLOps workflows and knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems
