Senior Power Apps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps Engineer to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows, and building scalable automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint. This role requires both hands-on development and strategic leadership, ensuring all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate legacy InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring modern efficient user-friendly replacements.
  • Architect complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse SQL Microsoft 365 services.
  • BUILD workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements design scalable solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance security best practices for the Power Platform SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot debug resolve issues across Power Apps Power Automate integrations.
  • Document technical solutions migration strategies workflows governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills Experience:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services Teams Outlook etc.
  • Experience developing custom connectors working with REST APIs Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance ALM security best practices.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development customization.
  • Proven experience with ShareGate for SharePoint migration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting automation reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx React/TypeScript JavaScript HTML CSS.

Preferred Qualifications Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards analytics visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL Azure services Logic Apps Functions AI Builder.
  • Exposure to JIRA ServiceNow or similar workflow/project tools.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications PL-900 PL-100 PL-400.
