Senior ServiceNow Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow delivery unit. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality projects, achieving exceptional client satisfaction, and staying up-to-date on business and market conditions affecting clients.

  1. Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  2. Have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company, and product roadmap, including various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends, and competitor enterprise products.
  3. Understand the ServiceNow system integrators eco-system, competitive positioning, and market share.
  4. Have global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions) and experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  5. Drive delivery by implementing successful client projects, achieving high client satisfaction, and staying up-to-date on business and market conditions affecting clients.
  6. Build capability by developing expertise on new product areas and adjacencies, creating thought leadership documents, and building new solutions and frameworks.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to define proactive client propositions and support marketing initiatives.
  8. Plan, acquire, and deploy talent, drive employee engagement, mentor junior talent, and create a culture based on trust, innovation, and growth.
  9. Ensure financial and operational effectiveness by managing revenue and costs, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
