Key Entrepreneurial Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team in a high-agency entrepreneurial position.

About the Role

This key role is designed for someone with a strong track record of founding or leading early-stage ventures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of growth strategies and be able to drive innovation across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 0→1 initiatives, including new product launches and market entry projects.
  • Own critical growth levers, such as affiliate marketplaces, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS expansion.
  • Provide strategic support to the founder, including financial modeling, M&A assessments, and decision-making.
  • Ensure operational excellence through OKR tracking, cross-team alignment, and process audits.
  • Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
Requirements
  • Founder/Co-founder experience, or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
  • A bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills, including finance, ops metrics, and growth funnels.
  • Crisp communication skills, with the ability to draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks.
  • Ambitious and long-term thinking, with a focus on leadership development.
