Job Overview:

The Sourcing Manager role requires a leader to drive sales across various projects in the region. This involves leveraging strong networks, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to build and nurture a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.

  • Leverage expertise to lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales objectives
  • Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles and direct client sources
  • Track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures
  • Buid strong referral networks and partnerships with local influencers
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales teams
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners
  • Conduct CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings
  • Strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers

  • Strong network of channel partners across the region
  • Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate markets
  • Sales DNA and high drive for targets
