Landscaping Business Growth Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaping Business Growth Manager at Samak Landscape Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing growth strategies, and building and marketing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist the senior manager in business development initiatives – residential developers, corporate offices, and hospitality businesses.
Generate/solicit leads through organic, cold calling, and digital channels.
Manage leads end-to-end from inception to after-sales.
Craft business proposals and contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant experience in business development and sales job roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategy thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to lead teams effectively.
Experience in real estate, project management, residential development, and hospitality business.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
