About Vivriti Capital

As a Risk Manager at our organisation, you will be responsible for analysing financial statements and assessing credit risk to provide recommendations to managers.

The role requires brilliant analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems. You will also participate in due-diligence and analysis, preparation of credit proposals, undertaking market research and presenting to the management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing financial and business risk for corporates and providing accurate updates on their overall business model from a risk perspective.
  • Understanding balance sheets and analysing financial statements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assessing credit risks and suggesting suitable risk mitigants to ensure portfolio stability.
  • Presenting and providing recommendations to credit committees around risk portfolios of clients based on multiple aspects.

Desired skills and experiences:

  • CA with 3-6 years of relevant credit assessment experience in corporates.
  • Structured credit/lending or portfolio/credit monitoring teams of Banks / NBFCs / PE / Debt funds / Rating agencies.
  • Experience in handling due diligence or transaction advisory.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Good eye for detail and demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines.
