Sales Director Lead

Overview:
Whatfix, the #1 Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for Enterprises, is seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Sales to join our Global Sales Organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, leading a team of Account Executives, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team on the sales process and quota achievement
- Monitor sales activity, track results, and conduct weekly forecasting meetings
- Establish account relationships with key decision-makers to drive deals forward
- Report on sales activity, productivity, and forecasting to senior sales management
- Achieve sales targets for new business sales in the SMB market segment
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree preferred (i.e., MBA)
- 10+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor role, including 3+ years of sales management experience
- Strong people management with a proven record of sales success in a similar B2B/business software application environment
- Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
- Experience managing and executing in a pre-defined sales model
- Experience with a CRM solution (like Salesforce.com) and Web Conferencing Technology
- Strong presentation, demonstration, communication, and written skills
