Sales Director

About the Role:
Brick & Bolt is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to oversee all sales activities in assigned territories. As a key manger, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the pre-sales team to capitalize on in-house generated leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication: Maintain consistent communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Sales Activity Management: Monitor and manage all sales activities within assigned territories to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
3. Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to develop efficient processes and strategies that align with organizational goals.
5. Sales Strategy Development: Craft robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt them as needed based on market dynamics.
6. Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and influence purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/Real Estate industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions.
