We're seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainably scale revenue for D2C clients, achieving a 3-fold increase while maintaining a blended ROAS of at least 3.5
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) by 25% through targeted creative and targeting tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch at least two brands from scratch, reaching ₹10L/month in revenue within 90 days
  • Partner with creatives to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions
