As a Performance Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the success of our clients' digital marketing endeavors. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, execute, and analyze performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to meet and exceed our clients' goals and objectives. This position demands a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive ROI and business growth.

About the Role:
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in Meta and Google ad platforms. You will also be responsible for optimizing and analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Meta and Google ad platforms, incorporating new knowledge and best practices into campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, etc.
