
Digital Ecommerce Growth Specialist

About the Role:
As an e-commerce marketing specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns on various digital platforms. Your primary goal is to drive business growth and revenue by leveraging consumer profiling insights, optimizing campaign performance, and implementing effective e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Amazon platform functionalities and their potential applications in driving business growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in e-commerce business models to inform your decision-making.
- Lead client accounts in paid digital marketing efforts, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct consumer profiling and define target audiences based on detailed market research.
- Design and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), AdWords, Facebook, affiliates, and programmatic advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform campaign strategy and improve overall results.
Requirements:
- A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to brainstorming new ideas and solutions.
- The capacity to take ownership of projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A willingness to continuously upskill and stay current with industry developments.
- Knowledge of AdWords and/or Facebook Ads is highly desirable but not required.
