Lead Performance Marketing Specialist

This role is a pivotal part of our growth strategy, playing a crucial role in driving the success of our business. The Lead Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns focused on new user acquisition using Digital Marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across multiple touch points
  • Improving media and product performance Funnels
  • Optimizing all channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met
  • Providing regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance
  • Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing learnings
  • Designing and executing innovative strategies for customer acquisition
  • Conducting continuous experiments and A/B testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns
  • Offering clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Performance Marketing with a product company/agency
  • 3-7 years of experience
