Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Leader to join our team and lead the platform reliability efforts.

This role involves overseeing the operational health of our financial systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. You will be responsible for building automation scripts, implementing monitoring tools, and improving incident response processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with experience supporting financial applications.

You will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and finance teams to ensure operational needs are met. Your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools will be invaluable in this role.

Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools, scripting/programming skills for automation and tooling, and a proven ability to manage incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12-15 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, preferably supporting financial applications.
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and financial system integrations from an operational support perspective.
  • Proven ability to manage incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
  • Experience ensuring compliance, security, and audit-readiness in enterprise applications.
