Finance Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will also possess knowledge of regulatory and accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Financial Planning and Analysis Processes: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Oversee Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze budgets, financial statements, and other reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensure Taxation Compliance and Manage Audits: Maintain knowledge of tax laws and regulations, ensure compliance, and manage audits to minimize risk.
  • Develop Financial Models and Conduct Cost Analyses: Create financial models to analyze costs, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Departments to Provide Financial Insights: Work closely with departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Background in Finance and Accounting: Possess a degree in finance or accounting and relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Proven Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Accounting Standards: Stay up-to-date on regulatory and accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Lead and Work Well in a Team: Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
