Job Description:

Ekyaschools seeks a highly skilled Finance Manager specializing in accounting, compliance, and budgeting to oversee financial operations.

This individual will manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and lead the development of accurate budgets.

  • Financial Management & Analysis

Oversight of financial statements and reports preparation and consolidation.

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process leadership.

Robust financial controls and statutory regulations and internal policies compliance ensuring.

Cost and profitability analysis for savings and optimization opportunities identification.

Strategic decision-making support through financial modeling and scenario planning.

  • Accounting & Compliance

Day-to-day accounting operations management including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards ensuring.

Accurate and up-to-date records maintenance for all financial transactions.Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant CA qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting. Experience working with educational institutions will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools essential for fast & accurate MIS
