HR Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing support for payroll and benefits administration.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
  • Provide assistance with payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and development initiatives
  • Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation as needed
  • Handle queries related to HR processes and serve as a liaison between management and employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 02 years of experience in HR (internship/fresher with strong interest in HR can apply)
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
