About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Strategic Partnership Manager to help us grow, manage, and maximize the impact of our strategic alliances with key SaaS platforms like Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, demonstrating credibility and aligning on shared goals with platforms like Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others.
  • Analyze each partner ecosystem to identify collaboration opportunities that drive growth for both sides.
  • Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for each partner relationship, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of partner products and APIs to identify integration, co-marketing, or co-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal alignment to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives and monitor partnership performance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or tech alliances within the SaaS space.
  • A proven track record managing external partner relationships, preferably with platform partners like Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting, negotiating, and representing the organization in strategic conversations.
  • A technically fluent mindset, able to grasp APIs, integrations, and how SaaS products work under the hood.
  • A self-starter attitude with a bias for action, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Familiarity with channel/partner marketing strategies.
