Lead Solid State Battery Production Team

We are a leading innovator in solid state battery production, with a focus on developing innovative battery cell technologies.

Our cutting-edge facility features a centre of excellence for experimenting with various chemistries and has automated discovery and characterization of solid electrolyte using AI to characterize various chemistry for taking it to production.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production Oversight:
  2. Manage the daily operations of the solid-state battery cell production line, optimizing efficiency and yield.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to electrode coating, cell assembly, and sealing processes.
  4. Implement process improvements to enhance cell performance, lifespan, and overall production quality.
  5. Continuously analyze data from production lines to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
Quality Control
  1. Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process, including in-line inspections and final product testing.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications for solid-state batteries.
  3. Analyze quality data to identify and address potential issues before they impact product performance.
Team Leadership
  1. Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, operators, and engineers responsible for cell assembly.
  2. Provide training and development opportunities to staff on new technologies and procedures related to solid-state battery production.
  3. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Technical Expertise
  1. Deep understanding of solid-state battery technology, including the principles of solid electrolytes, electrode materials, and cell assembly processes.
  2. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques such as roll-to-roll processing, laser cutting, and precision handling equipment.
  3. Knowledge of electrochemical testing methods to evaluate cell performance and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management
  1. Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new cell designs and technology advancements into production lines.
  2. Manage project timelines and budgets related to production scale-up and process optimization.
  3. Coordinate with other departments, including materials procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow.
