Job Title: UCCE Engineer

A highly skilled L1 professional is required to support our Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Supporting expertise in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • Creation of MACD documents in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP, with awareness of ITIL process.
  • Expertise in Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with integration experience with other Tools.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
Key Qualifications:
  • Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solution experience.
  • Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC knowledge.
  • MACD creation expertise in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • VOIP protocol understanding (SIP, H.323, MGCP).
  • ITIL process awareness.
  • Cisco Voice network deployment model expertise.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tool knowledge.
  • Telecom infrastructure protocol understanding (ISDN, analogy signalling).
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Cisco Voice and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platform experience.
