Visual Communications Specialist

This role is ideal for creative individuals who can develop compelling visual assets to support business objectives.

As a key member of the design team, you will conceptualize and create visual content across digital media. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with campaign goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate briefs into impactful visuals, including logos, social media graphics, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure design consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect changing market trends.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring innovative ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
