Job Title: Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the advancement of our corporate social responsibility agenda in India.

This role will be responsible for local execution, ensuring that global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in the Indian context, promoting sustainability and positive social impact.

  • Adapt and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress toward long-term sustainability goals.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to actively support our impact agenda in India, fostering collaboration and alignment with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs. They will also have cultural awareness and a strong understanding of India's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.

The successful candidate will be passionate about driving meaningful change, promoting inclusion, and creating a better tomorrow through sustainable practices.
