Job Title:

Employee Experience Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle to ensure seamless transitions from joining to exiting the organization.
  • Maintain a pulse on the organization's dynamics, implementing effective feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class people process interventions in performance management, talent development, learning, and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances, foster strong connections among employees, and enforce adherence to disciplinary protocols.
  • Resolve employee relations/industrial relations issues in collaboration with HR experts.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with various teams to deliver cutting-edge people solutions.
  • Design and execute people strategies tailored to specific employee cohorts, focusing on performance enablement, capability building, leadership development, and succession planning.
