Employee Experience Strategist
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire employee life cycle to ensure seamless transitions from joining to exiting the organization.
- Maintain a pulse on the organization's dynamics, implementing effective feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute best-in-class people process interventions in performance management, talent development, learning, and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances, foster strong connections among employees, and enforce adherence to disciplinary protocols.
- Resolve employee relations/industrial relations issues in collaboration with HR experts.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with various teams to deliver cutting-edge people solutions.
- Design and execute people strategies tailored to specific employee cohorts, focusing on performance enablement, capability building, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to manage emotions and empathize with colleagues to enhance relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Confidentiality and Trustworthiness: Maintain confidentiality by handling sensitive information discreetly and maintaining integrity.
- Empathy: Understand and relate to employees' needs and concerns to ensure positive experiences.
- Active Listening: Develop skills to attentively listen to employees and managers, grasping both explicit and implicit concerns to address them effectively.

- Strong Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, promoting transparency, clarity, and open dialogue.
- Adaptability: Respond to changing organizational dynamics and employee needs, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
- Top-tier MBA or PGDM from an HR or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute such as IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management Systems, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
